Solid skirting boards and profiles - Product structure
Pedross prime quality hardwood mouldings are produced only out of select lumber and with state of the art technology. All in all Pedross stocks mouldings in 18 different species on a regular basis. We can also supply custom species upon request. On the following pages you may view a selection of our solid profile range. The entire range comprises more than 100 different dimensions of skirting boards, scotias and wooden rods. Custom profiles or special orders can be made upon request with either a sample of the profile or a profile blueprint.
The solid skirting boards and profiles are available in varied lengths between 200 cm (79 in) and 400 cm (158 in) and as a fixed length order in 210 cm (83 in), 240 cm (94 in), 270 cm (106 in) and 300 cm (118 in).
PEDROSS solid wood profiles owe their high degree of sustainability above all to the natural resource wood: The extraction and processing of wood requires less energy than other natural resources. Furthermore, the solid wood skirting boards are 100% recyclable, completing their journey through life without ever causing additional strain on the environment. The wood used for their production comes predominantly from sustainable forests. To complete the circle of sustainability, production waste is re-processed into briquettes and all of our folders are printed on FSC®-certified paper.

1. Raw material
We only process select lumber of the highest quality. Virtually all our processed lumber is grown in sustainable and certified forests.2. Dimensions
Only state of the art technology is used to mill over 800 profile dimensions that we offer. Each profile is planed to the highest precision. It is then ready for further processing in its untreated condition. Our quality is according to the RAL-RG-432 legal standard.3. Surface treatment
We use only environmentally friendly water and UV varnish. Both are solvent and formaldehyde free and give the wood a natural look.- UV cured clear natural finish

- Clear and white oil finish - we use natural linseed oil which accentuates the natural beauty of the wood.
