On Friday the 2nd of September, this year’s annual Pedross outing was held.

At 9:00 am we met in front of the company building in Laces and headed towards the Forst brewery in Töll/Merano with two buses. There we were introduced to the art of brewing followed by some beer tasting in the brewery gardens. Following a group photo, we drove on to Falzeben/Meran 2000.

As of recently, a new and straight veneered profile has been added to our board assortment range. The dimensions of 12x40 mm (item 6128) and the elegant design make this new skirting a "must-have" addition to your skirting portfolio.

Day after day progress is being made at the construction site of the biomass heating plant and additional production hall of 3,000 m², located on the extended premises of the industrial zone in Latsch.

To be progressive, dynamic and exlusive- this was the joint demand set 3 years ago by flooring accessories producer Pedross and the specialist photo technical company, Durst Phototechnik AG, who are also from South Tyrol, Italy. This demand was set to work on the project of digital printing. The result of this joint development is a totally newly developed digital printing machine.    

“We were not happy with the machines known on the market. Since the beginning of March, we are producing with a machine, which until now is the only one worldwide, which is at our Pedross headquarters.” Sebastian Kurz, technical director at Pedross,  is pleased to announce.

PEDROSS is concentrating on finding new and environmentally friendly energy solutions. The new logistics centre, built in 2008, and a production hall have been equiped with a photovoltaics roof.

Brothers Peter Paul and Armin Mitterer were recently honoured for their 35 years continuous service to Karl Pedross AG in Laces. The ceremony took place in the mercantile building in the regional capital city of Bolzano.
